A brief bio

We are an alternative independent bookshop that deals with new books and with finding quality and hard to find second hand books. We have been in existence since 1976.

We stock books on: art, biography, Buddhism, children's books, eastern philosophies, gardening, gay & lesbian fiction and non fiction, healing, history, marital arts, martial arts, mythology, personal development, philosophy, poetry, psychology, yoga and a wide selection of quality contemporary fiction. We get books from all the major publishers, as well as quite a few from publishers that are far from being considered 'major'.
