Returns

There are several ways in which we deal with returns:

1) If we deliver the correct book to you in perfect condition, then you may send the book back for a store credit equal to the value of the book (so long as the book is still in good condition). Please contact us first so we are aware of the problem.

2) If the wrong book is delivered then we will give full a refund upon its return (including reasonable mail costs).

3) If you receive a damaged book then we will give a full refund on return of the book (inclusing reasonable mail costs).

Audio books can only be returned if they are unopened or there is a problem with the quality.

Sometimes (rarely) books are lost in transit. It is important that we are informed promptly as it becomes almost impossible to trace, even an insured package, after a period.

These sort of occurances happen rarely.
