We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. To assist with this we guarantee complete honest and ethical behaviour. We will not deliberately publish prices that are wrong. If we do so by accident we will still try to honour that price.

But, being human, we sometimes make mistakes. If you think this has happened let us know within a week of receiving an order. Items can be returned for a credit on the full cost of the title (please contact us first before returning the item). Of course, if we have made an error in the description, or the item has been damaged in transit, we can arrange for its replacement, or if that isn't possible, a full credit. The responsible staff member will be beaten then counselled and retrained.
